Fintech · Embedded finance deck

Embedded finance decks that untangle the partners.

Embedded finance involves several parties: a regulated partner, a platform and its end customers. Investors need to see who does what, who earns what and who carries the risk.

Fixed prices. No calls: you brief us in writing and comment in writing.

Partners

Three parties, one clear flow

Illustration only. Any figures are invented for this sample slide.

Who reads it

Fintech investors assessing partner risk and distribution.

Turnaround

5 business days for a design rebuild; 3 business days for an audit.

How it differs

How an embedded finance deck differs from a general pitch deck

A general startup deck has one company and one customer. An embedded finance deck has several parties, and investors need to know which one is regulated, which one owns the customer and which one carries the loss. Revenue is shared, so gross figures mislead unless each party's cut is shown. Distribution comes through other platforms, so the pipeline is a list of partners rather than marketing channels. Investors also read for concentration, because one bank or middleware relationship can halt the business.

The questions behind every slide

What readers of an embedded finance deck ask

Each answer names the slide or document where it belongs. If a question has no home in your deck, the reader will ask it in writing, or stop reading.

  1. 1

If your sponsor bank or middleware partner exits, how quickly can you move?

The parties slide should show any second bank or partner, and the appendix should summarize notice periods and migration plans as your contracts allow.

  2. 2

Who keeps the ledger of record, and how are balances reconciled with the bank?

The compliance slide should name the owner of the ledger and how often reconciliation runs, with detail in an operations appendix.

  3. 3

Does the financial product improve the host platform's retention, or is it a separate revenue line?

The traction slide should compare platform customers with and without the product, labeled by cohort.

  4. 4

How often do end users transact inside the host platform?

The product or traction slide should show usage frequency, since interchange and underwriting both depend on it.

  5. 5

Who runs KYC, AML monitoring and complaint handling for end users?

A responsibility table by party on the compliance slide, confirmed by your counsel.

  6. 6

Which revenue depends on interchange, which on deposit balances and which on lending?

The revenue share slide should split each stream and show who earns what from it.

  7. 7

How long does it take to launch a new distribution partner?

The distribution slide should show the launch steps and the pipeline by stage.

  8. 8

Who bears fraud, dispute and credit losses?

A loss line on the unit economics slide, plus the responsibility table on the compliance slide.

Headline rewrites

Slide titles that say something.

A reader skims headlines first. A label tells them the topic; a sentence tells them the point. Bracketed figures are placeholders for your own numbers.

Before

Distribution

After

[X] platforms are live, and each brings its existing customers to our accounts

Before

Revenue share

After

We keep $[X] of every $[X] in interchange after the bank and platform shares

Before

Compliance

After

Every compliance duty has one named owner across the bank, the platform and us

What we fix

Faults we see in embedded finance deck drafts

  • A partner diagram nobody can follow.

  • Revenue share terms left vague.

  • Compliance responsibilities unassigned.

What you receive

Documents we produce

  • Investor deck
  • Partner diagram
  • One-page summary

Every file is delivered editable, in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote, with a PDF for sending. An embedded finance deck rebuild starts at $3,500; the full Raise Set with one-pager and teaser is $10,000.

Before you send it

Embedded finance deck checklist

  • Each party has the same name on every slide.
  • Revenue share figures match the signed agreements.
  • The partner diagram fits on one slide and reads on a phone screen.
  • The compliance responsibility table is reviewed by your counsel.
  • The bank partner is named only where the agreement allows it.
  • Live platforms and pipeline platforms are labeled separately.
  • Losses, and who bears each kind, are shown.
  • Active, funded and enrolled accounts are each defined.
