Pitch deck services
Pitch deck designers who read the numbers first.
A deck designer's job is not decoration. It is deciding what a reader sees first on every slide. We read your deck as an investor would, then design it so the point of each slide is visible in three seconds.
Fixed prices from $1,500 to $10,000. No calls: everything in writing.
Slide 6
One plan, three prices, 82% choose the middle
Illustration only. Any figures are invented for this sample slide.
What good deck design changes
- One idea per slide, with the headline saying it outright.
- Charts with a single highlighted figure and no legend to decode.
- A type scale that still reads on a laptop screen in a shared window.
- Consistent margins and colors, so nothing looks pasted in.
Designer, template or AI tool?
A template gives you someone else's structure. An AI tool gives you a plausible first draft. A designer decides what your particular deck needs to say on each slide and builds it for that. Most founders use the first two to get a draft, then a designer to finish it.
Files you can keep editing
Everything is built with real text boxes, master layouts and native charts. Change a number next month and the chart updates. You will not need us to fix a typo.
Which package
Investor Finish is design only. If the wording and order also need work, choose Finish + Story.
The questions behind every slide
Questions to ask before you hire anyone
Answered for how we work: fixed packages, written briefs, no calls.
- 1
Can you build the deck on our existing template?
Yes. Send the template file with the brief. We work within its master layouts and only change what the slides need to read clearly.
- 2
What about fonts our team does not have installed?
Tell us which tool your team uses. We choose fonts that will display correctly there, or use the fonts your brand already licenses.
- 3
Will the charts stay editable?
Yes. Charts are built as native charts in your tool, from your data, so changing a number updates the chart.
- 4
Do you use stock photographs or icons?
Only where a slide needs them. Tell us in the brief if you have your own photography or icon set to use instead.
- 5
Will the deck be readable on a phone?
Many decks are first opened on a phone. We set type sizes and contrast so headlines and key figures read on a small screen, and say in writing if a slide carries too much text for that.
- 6
Do you add animations?
Only simple builds where they help a presenter. A deck that will be sent as a PDF needs to work without them.
- 7
Can you design speaker notes?
Speaker notes are not part of the standard packages. If you need them, ask and we quote in writing.
- 8
How do you decide what to emphasize on each slide?
We read the headline and pick the one figure or image that proves it. Everything else on the slide is made quieter, so the eye lands there first.

Before you send it
Hiring checklist
- They ask who will read the deck before they start.
- Their slides have headlines that make a point, not labels.
- Charts highlight one figure rather than every series equally.
- They deliver master layouts, not loose text boxes.
- Type stays readable on a laptop and a phone.
- They work in the tool your team will keep editing in.
- They will tell you when a slide has too much on it.
- They do not change your figures to make a chart look better.
