Pitch deck services
What a pitch deck costs, and what changes the price.
Our prices are fixed and listed: $1,500 for a written audit, $3,500 for a design rebuild, $6,500 with the story rewritten, and $10,000 for a full raise set. Here is what drives the difference.
Fixed prices from $1,500 to $10,000. No calls: everything in writing.
Pricing
Four packages, four fixed prices
Illustration only. Any figures are invented for this sample slide.
Three things that change the cost
- Slide count. Fifteen slides is a normal investor deck; an appendix and backup slides add work.
- Whether the argument needs rebuilding. Design alone is faster than restructuring and rewriting.
- How many documents. A one-pager and a teaser are separate pieces, designed to match.
What does not change the cost
Your industry, your stage, or how quickly we answer email. There is no rush fee hidden in the price and no hourly meter.
Where cheaper options fit
A template costs little and an AI tool even less, and both are sensible for a first draft. They stop being cheap when a founder spends two weeks adjusting slides that still do not make the argument. The audit exists so you can find out, for a fixed fee, whether your draft needs a rebuild at all.
How payment works
You choose a package and send your deck. We confirm scope and delivery date in writing and send a secure card payment link. Work starts when payment is received.
The questions behind every slide
Questions to ask before you hire anyone
Answered for how we work: fixed packages, written briefs, no calls.
- 1
Why a fixed price instead of an hourly rate?
So you know the total before you commit. A fixed price also means our slow days are our problem, not an extra line on your invoice.
- 2
What is the lowest-cost way to improve our deck?
The Deck Audit at $1,500. You get ranked, slide-by-slide notes your team can act on. If you then order a rebuild within 30 days, the audit fee comes off.
- 3
Do prices change by funding stage or industry?
No. The price depends on the package: how many slides, whether the story is rewritten and how many documents you need.
- 4
Are extra revision rounds charged?
Each package includes a set number of rounds. Further rounds are quoted in writing before we start them.
- 5
What does the price not include?
Calls, market research, financial modeling or valuation, investor introductions, and fundraising, legal or securities advice.
- 6
Is it cheaper to buy Investor Finish and rewrite the story ourselves?
If you can rewrite it well, yes. Investor Finish keeps your wording and order exactly as sent, so do the rewrite before you order.
- 7
Can we spread the cost?
Packages are paid in full before work starts. The audit is the smaller first step if budget is tight.
- 8
What would make a larger package better value?
Needing several matching documents. Raise Set includes the deck, appendix, one-pager and teaser, designed together, which avoids paying for each separately later.
Your options
Ways to get a deck made
A template
Your budget is close to nothing and you are drafting.
The deck has to win a specific meeting soon.
An AI deck tool
You want a free or low-cost first draft.
The time you spend fixing its output costs more than the fee you saved.
An hourly freelancer
The job is small and you can manage the scope closely.
Revisions keep coming and the final total is unknown.
A fixed-price package
You want to know the total and the date before you start.
You need a service the packages exclude, such as modeling or research.
Before you send it

- The quote lists what is excluded.

- Payment terms are stated before you pay.
