Pitch decks by category
Pitch deck design for healthcare companies.
In healthcare the person who uses a product is rarely the one who pays for it. A deck that does not untangle that early loses the reader. We rebuild drafts around who benefits, who pays and what evidence supports it.
Fixed prices from $1,500 to $10,000. No calls: everything in writing.

What a healthcare deck has to show
- The patient or clinician problem, in everyday terms.
- Who pays, and why it is worth it to them.
- Clinical or operational evidence so far.
- The regulatory and privacy position.
- How a sale happens and how long it takes.
- The team's clinical and commercial experience.
Common faults in healthcare drafts
User, buyer and payer treated as one. Outcomes claimed without a study behind them. Long sales cycles left unmentioned. We give each party its own line and state plainly what is proven and what is planned.
Sensitive content
Patient stories and images are used only with your written confirmation that you hold consent. We never include identifiable patient information.
How it differs
How healthcare decks differ
A healthcare deck has more parties than most. The patient uses the product, a clinician or organization buys it, and an insurer, employer or government program often pays. Each needs different evidence, and investors check that the deck gives every party a reason to act. Regulatory status, privacy and safety are part of the core story, not legal fine print. Sales cycles are long and often start with pilots, so the deck must show how pilots become paid contracts.
The questions behind every slide
What healthcare investors and readers ask
Each answer names the slide or document where it belongs.
- 1
We build software and also employ clinicians. Which deck type fits?
Lead with what generates revenue. If clinicians deliver the care you bill for, the services deck structure usually fits, with the software shown as the advantage.
- 2
Do healthcare investors expect reimbursement detail at seed?
They expect a clear answer to who pays and by which route. Detailed coding and coverage work can follow in the appendix.
- 3
How do we present a pilot that has not converted yet?
Label it as a pilot, with its start date and the criteria for a paid contract. Never present it as revenue.
- 4
Can product screenshots show patient data?
Only dummy data. Real patient information stays out of the deck entirely.
- 5
Should the deck mention HIPAA?
If you handle protected health information, state your position briefly on the regulatory and privacy slide, with security detail in the appendix.
- 6
What makes a clinical advisor slide credible?
Names, roles and what each advisor actually does for the company, listed with their permission.
Glossary
Healthcare terms, in plain English
- Payer
- The party that pays for care, such as a health plan, a government program, an employer or the patient.
- Provider
- A clinician or organization that delivers care, such as a physician practice or hospital.
- Covered entity
- Under HIPAA, a health plan, a clearinghouse, or a provider that conducts certain transactions electronically.
- Business associate
- Under HIPAA, a vendor that handles protected health information on behalf of a covered entity.
- Coding, coverage and payment
- The three parts of reimbursement: a code to bill with, a payer's decision to cover it, and the amount paid.
- Value-based care
- Payment tied to quality and the total cost of care rather than the number of services delivered.
