Pitch decks by category
Pitch deck design for consulting firms.
A client pitch is judged against two or three others on the same table. We rebuild consulting decks so your understanding of the client's problem comes first, and your credentials support it.
Fixed prices from $1,500 to $10,000. No calls: everything in writing.

3 deck types
Consulting and agencies decks we build
Each page sets out, slide by slide, what that deck has to show and the faults we fix.
What a client pitch has to show
- The client's situation, in their terms.
- What you propose to do, in phases.
- What they will have at the end.
- Who will actually do the work.
- Relevant experience, briefly.
- Fees and timing.
Common faults in firm decks
Ten slides about the firm before the client is mentioned. Dense paragraphs lifted from a proposal document. Team pages with twenty faces. We reverse the order and cut each slide to one point.
A master deck you can reuse
With Finish + Story or Raise Set we build the deck on clean master layouts, so your team can adapt it for the next pitch without breaking the design.
How it differs
How consulting and agencies decks differ
A general startup deck asks investors for money. Firm decks ask clients to trust a team with work, so the reader judges understanding of their problem, the people and the terms. There is no market size and rarely a financial forecast. Decks are often scored against competitors, forwarded to colleagues who missed the meeting and reused by the firm for the next pitch, so clear structure and reusable layouts matter more than in a one-off fundraising deck.
The questions behind every slide
What consulting and agencies investors and readers ask
Each answer names the slide or document where it belongs.
- 1
Proposal, credentials or professional services deck: which do we need?
A proposal deck answers one client's brief, a credentials deck introduces the firm before a pitch, and a professional services deck pitches ongoing work or a capital raise.
- 2
Should we follow the client's required format?
Yes, always. A clear design inside their format scores better than a polished deck that ignores it.
- 3
Do we send the deck before or after the meeting?
Send a short version ahead only if asked; send the fuller leave-behind after.
- 4
How do we reuse a deck without it looking generic?
Build it on master layouts with swappable client, sector and case pages.
- 5
Will procurement read the same deck as the business sponsor?
Often, yes. Put fees, terms and firm facts where procurement can find them quickly.
- 6
Can you write our case studies?
We edit and lay out what you supply; the facts and client permissions are yours.

Questions, answered.
Is this an investor deck service or a sales deck service?+
For firms, the deck is a client pitch. The same packages apply.
Can you work to our existing template?+
Yes, or we can propose a cleaner one within the same package.
Do you write case studies?+
We edit and lay out the ones you supply. We do not interview your clients.
What is a credentials deck?+
A short deck about the firm itself: what it does, for whom and with what results. It supports a pitch but should not open one.
Proposal document or deck?+
Many clients want both. The deck carries the argument; the document carries the detail and terms.
How much does a pitch deck cost here?+
A written Deck Audit is $1,500. Investor Finish, a design rebuild of up to 15 slides, is $3,500. Finish + Story, with the argument restructured, is $6,500. Raise Set, up to 30 slides with a one-pager and teaser, is $10,000.
How long does it take?+
Three business days for an audit, five for Investor Finish, eight for Finish + Story and twelve for Raise Set, counted from payment and a complete brief.
Is there a call?+
No. No package includes a call or meeting. You brief us in writing and comment in writing.
What do I need to send?+
Your draft deck in any editable format, or notes if you chose a package with writing, plus a few lines on who will read it and what you are asking for.
How do I pay?+
By card, through a secure payment link we send once scope and delivery date are confirmed in writing.
