Pitch deck services
A pitch deck design agency that works in writing.
Most agencies start with a discovery call and end with a quote. We start with your draft and a price you can already see. You brief us in writing, we rebuild the deck, and you comment in writing.
Fixed prices from $1,500 to $10,000. No calls: everything in writing.

What an agency should actually do
- Find the argument in your draft and put it in the right order.
- Turn every slide headline into a sentence that makes one point.
- Redraw charts so the number that matters is the one the eye lands on.
- Hand back an editable file, not a locked PDF.
Why there are no calls
A call feels productive and leaves nothing behind. A written brief can be reread by everyone who touches your deck, and a written comment cannot be misheard. It also means your project never waits for two calendars to line up. Founders in any time zone get the same turnaround.
How a project runs
- You choose a package and send the draft with a short written brief: who will read it, what you are asking for, and by when.
- We send the first version on the date stated for your package.
- You mark up the file or reply by email. We revise within the rounds your package includes.
- You receive the editable deck and a PDF.
When an agency is the wrong choice
If you have no draft and no clear ask yet, design will not fix that. Write the story first, even as bullet points in a document. Our Finish + Story package starts from exactly that kind of rough draft.
The questions behind every slide
Questions to ask before you hire anyone
Answered for how we work: fixed packages, written briefs, no calls.
- 1
How do we start if there is no discovery call?
Choose a package and email your draft with a written brief. We reply in writing with the confirmed scope and delivery date, and a secure card payment link. The clock starts when payment and a complete brief are both in.
- 2
Several of us will comment. How do you handle that?
Send one set of comments per round. If co-founders disagree, settle it before sending, or tell us which view to follow. Comments in the file next to each slide are easiest to act on.
- 3
What if we do not like the first version?
Tell us in writing what is not working and why. That is what the revision rounds are for. One round comes with Investor Finish, two with Finish + Story, three with Raise Set.
- 4
Can you work alongside our in-house designer?
Yes. We hand back an editable file with master layouts, so your designer can carry on after delivery. If they have a template, send it with the brief.
- 5
What does an agency do that a template does not?
It decides what each slide should say for your particular reader and builds the slide to say it. A template gives you a layout. It does not tell you that your ask belongs on slide two.
- 6
What happens if our brief is incomplete?
We list in writing what is missing before work starts. The delivery date runs from when the brief is complete, so a gap costs days rather than quality.
- 7
Do you take on projects with a fixed investor meeting date?
Yes, if the package turnaround fits before it. Tell us the date in the brief. If it does not fit, we say so in writing before you pay.
- 8
What if the deck needs more than the package covers?
We quote the extra work in writing before starting it. Nothing is added to the price after the fact.
Your options
Ways to get a deck made
Doing it yourself
You have time, a clear story and someone on the team who designs well.
The raise is close and the deck has been rewritten several times without getting clearer.
An AI deck tool
You need a first draft quickly to see the shape of the argument.
The deck will be read without you in the room and has to hold up on its own.
A freelance designer
The story is settled and you need clean slides on a small budget.
The structure or headlines need rework, or you need a set of matching documents.
A call-based agency
You want workshops and live sessions with the team.
You would rather brief in writing and keep a record of every decision.
Before you send it
Hiring checklist
- The price and what it includes are written down before you pay.
- The delivery date is stated, and you know when the clock starts.
- The number of revision rounds is fixed.
- You receive an editable file in the tool your team uses.
- Charts are rebuilt from your data, not pasted as images.
- The agency will sign your confidentiality agreement or offer its own.
- It says clearly what it will not do, such as financial models or investor introductions.
- It does not promise you will raise money.
