Restaurants · Cafe and coffee deck
Cafe and coffee decks with the numbers per cup and per site.
Coffee concepts are judged on throughput and margin. The deck should show average ticket, customers per day and what a site costs to build.
Fixed prices. No calls: you brief us in writing and comment in writing.

How it differs
How a cafe and coffee deck differs from a general pitch deck
A general startup deck sells growth in users. A cafe deck sells a small daily transaction repeated many times, so the numbers are per cup, per hour and per site. Investors and landlords judge whether the counter can keep up at peak, whether food lifts the ticket and whether the site cost includes every machine. The concept still needs a clear reason to choose you, but most of the proof sits in one site model.

The questions behind every slide
What readers of a cafe and coffee deck ask
Each answer names the slide or document where it belongs. If a question has no home in your deck, the reader will ask it in writing, or stop reading.
- 1
How many drinks can you make in the busiest hour?
The ticket and throughput slide should state peak-hour capacity and the staffing behind it.
- 2
How much of the day's sales come in the morning, and what fills the afternoon?
The site model slide should include sales by time of day.
- 3
How often do customers add food?
The menu slide should give the share of orders that include food and its effect on the average ticket.
- 4
What does one core drink cost you to make?
The menu slide should show cost per cup for the main drinks, with full recipe costing in the appendix.
- 5
Do you own or lease the espresso equipment?
The build cost slide should say which, and show lease payments in the site model if leased.
- 6
Will sites have a drive-thru or walk-up window, and how does that change the model?
The location strategy slide should state the format for each site type and its effect on throughput.
- 7
Where does the coffee come from, and do you roast?
The concept or supply slide should state sourcing and roasting, and any wholesale income from it.
- 8
How do you keep drinks the same when new baristas join?
An operations slide should list recipes, training steps and equipment checks.
Headline rewrites
Slide titles that say something.
A reader skims headlines first. A label tells them the topic; a sentence tells them the point. Bracketed figures are placeholders for your own numbers.
