Consumer brands · Fashion brand deck
Fashion brand pitch decks with sell-through and returns in view.
Fashion investors know the risks: inventory, returns and seasons. A good deck shows the brand, then shows those risks are managed.
Fixed prices. No calls: you brief us in writing and comment in writing.
Sell-through
Sold at full price before any markdown

5 business days for a design rebuild; 3 business days for an audit.

How it differs
How a fashion brand deck differs from a general pitch deck
A general startup deck shows growth. A fashion deck has to show growth that did not depend on heavy discounting, and stock that did not pile up. Seasons, minimum orders and long lead times mean cash goes out months before sales come in, so the deck needs a cash timeline most startups never draw. Returns change the real margin, especially online. Imagery carries more weight than in any software deck, but investors expect it to sit beside sell-through and returns, not replace them.

The questions behind every slide
What readers of a fashion brand deck ask
Each answer names the slide or document where it belongs. If a question has no home in your deck, the reader will ask it in writing, or stop reading.
- 1
What happened to the stock that did not sell at full price?
The sell-through slide should show markdown and clearance paths beside full-price sales, season by season.
- 2
Why do customers return items, and in which categories?
The margin after returns slide should give returns by category, with return reasons such as fit or color in the appendix.
- 3
How do you decide how much to buy each season?
The inventory plan slide should show your open-to-buy method and how much is committed early versus reordered in season.
- 4
What are your factory minimums and lead times, and can you reorder bestsellers?
The supply chain slide should list both for each main factory and state whether in-season reorders are possible.
- 5
Which wholesale accounts reordered?
The channels slide should show reorders, not only first orders, for each wholesale account.
- 6
How long is cash out between paying the factory and getting paid?
The use of funds slide should show a timeline from deposit to final payment to customer receipts.
- 7
Can your sustainability claims be checked?
The supply chain slide should name the certification or test behind each claim, with documents in the appendix.
- 8
How much of revenue comes from styles that carry over each season?
The collection slide should split core styles from seasonal ones by share of sales.
Headline rewrites
Slide titles that say something.
A reader skims headlines first. A label tells them the topic; a sentence tells them the point. Bracketed figures are placeholders for your own numbers.

What we fix
Faults we see in fashion brand deck drafts
Imagery only, numbers nowhere.
Returns ignored in margin.
Inventory risk unaddressed.
